  1. used your coffee cream recipe to fill miniature chocolates .Then used them to decorate the top of a Coffee and Walnut Gateau.None left.Also the extra chocolates i had went as well.
    Can this recipe be used for all fillings by perhaps adjusting the liquid content ,ie strawberries and the like to the amount off Cottage cheese and icing sugar .Thanks.

    1. Hi - yes, I have made varying different types such as strawberry ones, ones with crushed cookies. It's really a question of adding enough icing sugar until you get the right consistency. Thanks for stopping by.
